- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated, when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic arriving from North Circular Road will be diverted to Old Cabra Road – Navan Road – Skreen Road – Blackhorse Avenue
- Traffic arriving from Blackhorse Avenue will be diverted to Skreen Road – Old Cabra Road –Navan Road - North Circular Road
- Contact Dublin Bus services regarding relocation of bus stop.
