Children’s History Book Club: Double Trouble at the Dead Zoo
Times & Dates
Calling all budding history buffs! We’re looking for children aged 9 - 12 to join our Children’s History Book Club.
Hosted by Historian in Residence for Children Dervilia Roche, the Children’s History Book Club meets on the last Saturday of the month at 2pm, and alternates between zoom and in-person meetups.
This month we will be meeting up in-person and discussing Double Trouble at the Dead Zoo by Alan Nolan. The books discussed each month are chosen from suggestions by book club members and can be related to any aspect of history. Previous titles have included The Boldness of Betty, War Horse, and White Bird.
In-person at 2pm on Saturday 27 April in Richmond Barracks.
Please note, for in-person meetups, parents/guardians will be asked to sign a permission form before dropping off their child.
Limited seats, book here.
