When a tenant is ready to move into their new home, the relocation section make contact with the resident and arrange a suitable time and date for moving.

We also contact the following:

  • Removal company for delivery of boxes
  • Plumber and electrician for disconnection and reconnection of washing machine and cooker
  • ESB – for the transfer of ESB accounts
  • Eircom -  for the transfer of Eircom accounts
  • NTL - for the transfer of and setup of television services
  • Bord Gais - for the setting up of gas account
  • HSE - for the transfer of service for anyone that is in receipt of any of the  HSE’s services
  • Department of social welfare- for changing of address on any correspondence i.e. cheques etc.

On the day of your move a member of the relocation team will be on hand at all times to ensure that the old premises is secured and the tenant has their keys for the new house.
