Change to eNewspapers and eMagazine services

Newspapers and magazines are now available on BorrowBox.
Just go to the ePress section on the app to see what’s on offer.
Borrow up to fifty newspapers or magazines at a time.
If you’re already a BorrowBox user, you’ll see a new ePress section in the app, and that’s where you’ll find magazines and newspapers.
If you’re not already using Borrowbox, it’s really easy to start!
Download the app or visit dublin.borrowbox.comand click Sign In, log in with your library details and start to browse, borrow and read.

eMagazines and eNewspapers are no longer available to library members via Libby and Pressreader.
As Libraries Ireland are required to do by national guidelines on procurement for public sector bodies, they went to tender for the provision of national online resources in public libraries in December 2023. Bolinda were awarded the contracts for the eBooks & eAudiobooks service and for the e-Magazines & e-Newspapers service.
