Great news! Media Huis titles are NOW available remotely on Borrow Box.
This includes the Irish Independent, Sunday Independent, Herald, Sunday World, Ireland’s Own and a range of regional and local titles.

Users with a current loan of these titles may still be restricted to the library location, however new and future loans will be fine to be done from home or elsewhere.

If you’re already a BorrowBox user, you’ll see a new ePress section in the app, and that’s where you’ll find magazines and newspapers.

eMagazines are no longer available to library members via Libby.
As Libraries Ireland are required to do by national guidelines on procurement for public sector bodies, they went to tender for the provision of national online resources in public libraries in December 2023. Bolinda were awarded the contracts for the eBooks & eAudiobooks service and for the e-Magazines & e-Newspapers service.
