The iconic yellow Dolphin's Barn bricks are an important fashionable addition featured in many house sales promotions. The manufacturer was located on the Crumlin Road from the late 1890s until 1944 with the clay pits extending from Kimmage to the Grand Canal at Goldenbridge.
