Listen back to a recording of a discussion on global climate action and the food we eat. What we eat, how we eat, and where we’re getting our food from can have a big impact on the environment.
With Hugh Weldon, co-founder of Evocco, the sustainable shopping smartphone app and Medhanie Mehari, Eritrean agriculture expert. Also contributing are Emily Hosford, programme officer with overseas charity ( Vita) and Rozanne Stevens (chef, food-writer and author). The session will be moderated by entrepreneur Pat Kane, founder of reuzi (a one-stop shop for minimal waste lifestyle).
