The libraries’ printing and copying service is operated by Surfbox. It is available in all branches of Dublin City Libraries.

If you experience any issues, especially with payments, you must contact Surfbox directly via the Freephone telephone number 1800 818 989.

We are currently migrating to a new printing system, which will standardize the email addresses across all of the different libraries.

Users should use the email addresses provided below or the ePRINTit SaaS app.

Scanning

  1. Select "Photocopy & Scan" button on Surfbox console.
  2. Select "Scan to Email" or "Scan to USB" as appropriate.
  3. Follow on screen instructions.
