- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from Lesson Street Upper will be diverted to Leeson Street Lower – Stephen’s Green – Cuffe Street – Wexford Street – Camden Street Lower – Charlotte Way
- Traffic arriving from Leeson Street Lower will be diverted to Leeson Street Upper – Sussex Road – Leeson Street Upper – Grand Parade – Canal Road – Richmond Street South – Charlotte Way
- Traffic arriving from Adelaide Road will be diverted to Hatch Place – Hatch Street Lower – Leeson Street.
