The Local Enterprise Office (LEO) helps the city's entrepreneurs to start, grow or develop a business.
You can access the services of LEO Dublin City if you live in Dublin postcodes 1-13, 17 or 20. If you live outside of these areas, search the LEO map to find your local office.
LEO Dublin City Services
We provide small businesses across Dublin from all sectors with the support they need to succeed and grow. In 2025 alone, the companies we worked with created 421 jobs.
Training and Mentoring
LEO offers training programmes, mentoring and advice. Our courses and events are often free or available at a very reduced price.

Financial Support
LEO Dublin City provides grants and financial assistance to help small businesses create new jobs and grow their exports. This can include:
- Feasibility grants
- Priming grants
- Business expansion grants
- Trading online vouchers
- Micro finance
- Other capital supports

Enterprise Development
