In Dublin, you require a permit to perform in public spaces.
A Street Performance Permit covers:

The Application Process
To submit your application, you can either:

- Download and submit the application form below. (It is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and Chinese.)
- Contact us using the details below to make an appointment at the Civic Offices.
Fees and Charges

Permit Application Requirements
Your application must include:
- A fully completed application form
- Passport photos
- Proof of ID (e.g. passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
- The appropriate fee
Bye-Laws
All licences granted are subject to the Street Performers Bye-Laws 2016.
