Proposed Changes or Clarifications to Dublin City's Record of Protected Structures
Any member of the public can request to add, change or remove a building or structure from Dublin City’s Record of Protected Structures. Browse the list of current requests below.
When someone makes a request, we place an on site notice and a newspaper notice inviting the public to submit comments or concerns. Dublin City Council will consider these comments alongside a conservation report to approve or deny the request.
Dublin City's Record of Protected Structure is delivered under Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
