Surface Water Network Application
Dublin City Council is responsible for new connections to surface water sewers in the city.
To apply for connection to the surface water network you must complete and return the Application for Connection to Surface Water Network form.

All applicants are advised that a connection to the surface water network will only be permitted when all the requirements of Dublin City Council (outlined in the application form), including any conditions in a grant of planning permission, are fully complied with.
