These are as follows: Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7 (near junction with Capel Street) Prince's Street North (off O'Connell Street, at side of Penney's), Dublin 1 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2 (junction of Burgh Quay and O'Connell Bridge) There is no fee for parking in these locations.
