Login/Register to submit an observation or Further Information on a planning application
Submit an observation online objecting to or supporting an application.
To make an observation online, register or enter your username and password here. You will be able to use this account for any observations you wish to submit and can pay online. You will receive a confirmation of payment and an automatic acknowledgement receipt of your observation, which is the proof you need if you wish to make an appeal to An Bord Pleanála.
Submit Further Information online, if requested.
To submit further information for an application submitted through our Citizens Portal up to and including 04th September 2024, please click here . The unique code found on your decision notice is required to complete this process.
Privacy
The planning process is an open and transparent one.
All planning application documentation, observations/submissions and the weekly planning lists are made available for public inspection at the Council’s offices and on the Council’s website under Section 38 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended.
This information is processed in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended and is made available to An Bord Pleanála in the case of an appeal under Section 127 of the Act.
There are two exceptions to the information being made available to the public and An Bord Pleanála (paper file or website): -
- Part 2 of the planning application form
- The email addresses and telephone numbers of observations/submissions
To submit a planning observation online you must be a registered user.
Under the Data Protection Act, you must register as we have to keep your personal details separate from your observation.
You can make up any user name and password as your login registration name.
Once you have completed the registration process click the 'submit' button.
Login using the user name and password you have just submitted.
You can then begin the process of submitting your planning observation online.
