Clongriffin - Belmayne Local Area Plan
Dublin City Council by resolution has extended the Clongriffin-Belmayne Local Area Plan published in 2012, for a further period of five years until December 2022.
The vision of the plan is to facilitate the development of a highly sustainable, mixed use urban neighbourhood with a distinct identity based around high quality public transport nodes. The Clongriffin-Belmayne Local Area Plan published in 2012 can be viewed below.
