Roadworks and Construction Updates Nassau Street Cycle Upgrade Project

Weekday – Nassau Street Works – 10th and 11th June 2026

As part of the Nassau Street Cycle Upgrade Project will be progressing with the next phase. The works will include upgrading the single lane contraflow cycle lane to a two-way cycle lane and upgrading the traffic signalling to allow for safe passage and use of the cycle lane. These works will predominantly be along the cycle lane, without influencing vehicle traffic or pedestrian movement. The traffic signal upgrades will be completed during the day on Wednesday 10th of June 2026, and the road markings completed during the evening on Thursday 11th of June 2026.

The proposed temporary traffic management plans for the works are attached for reference.

Pedestrian access through the site will be safely always maintained during the works.
