- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from North Wall Quay will be diverted to New Wapping Street – Mayor Street Upper
- Traffic arriving from North Wall Quay will be diverted to North Wall Avenue - Mayor Street Upper
- Traffic arriving from Mayor Street Upper will be diverted to New Wapping Street – North Wall Quay
- Traffic arriving from Mayor Street Upper will be diverted to North Wall Avenue – North Wall Quay
