Summer Programme 2025: Car Design Workshop

Join Formula Trinity and Pearse Street Library for a workshop guaranteed to make you go vroom-vroom!

Formula Trinity will discuss the process they go through to design their own car, before looking at some of the colourful designs that F1 teams use. 

Participants then brainstorm an idea for a car design they would like to see, before finally copying this design onto a mini wooden car that they can race. 

Each finished car also receives a Formula Trinity scrutineering sticker. 

This workshop aims to familiarise children with how cars are built and how they work and to bring awareness to the range of careers that are available in STEM fields. 

Suitable for ages 6 - 10.
