- Pedestrian access to will be facilitated at all times.
- Local Access will be facilitated at all times from both closure points up to crane location.
- Other traffic wishing to drive through York Road from Cambridge Road junction will be diverted via Cambridge Road and Pembroke Cottages.
- Traffic from Thorncastle Street wishing to drive through York Road will be diverted onto Cambridge Road.
