Traffic Management Plan

  • Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times throughout the closed section.
  • Local access up to the work site on South side of St Stephen Green will be facilitated from Harcourt Street junction and Earlsfort Terrace junction.
  • Other vehicular traffic arriving from Earlsfort Terrace side wishing to drive through the closed section of St Stephen’s Green will be diverted via Hatch Street Upper and onto Harcourt Street.
  • Traffic arriving from Harcourt Street wishing to drive through the closed section of St Stephen’s Green will be diverted via York Street, Mercer Street Upper, Digges Street Upper, Wexford Street, Camden Street Lower, Charlotte Way, Hatch Street Upper and Lower and onto Leeson Street Lower.
  • Traffic at Kevin Street Upper and Bride Street junction will be offered a diversion via New Bride Street, Heyetesbury Street, Harrington Street, Camden Street Upper, Charlotte Way, Hatch Street Upper, Lower and onto Leeson Street Lower.
