Dublin City Council Community Grant Scheme 2026

The Dublin City Community Grants scheme provides support to a wide variety of groups and organisations across the city annually that facilitate projects, events and activities to encourage social inclusion. It’s my pleasure to announce the 2026 scheme is opening Thursday 22nd January 2026 from 12 noon with a total fund of €386,500 divided into the following strands:

1. The Local Area Grant (€300,000 with a maximum grant available of €1,000)
2. The Informal Adult Education Grant (€86,500 with a maximum grant available of €800)
