A Thriving City for All Festival 2026
From 21-31 May, Dublin will come alive with the A Thriving City for All Festival - a celebration of the people, projects and partnerships shaping a more inclusive and connected city.
This city-wide programme brings together a vibrant mix of in-person and online events, highlighting the incredible Inclusion and Integration initiatives happening across Dublin. Led by Dublin City Council’s Community and Social Development Section, in collaboration with a wide network of partners, the festival showcases the power of community in action.
Working alongside Local Area Offices, the Local Community Development Committee, Higher Education Institutions, Local Development Companies and Community and Voluntary Organisations, the festival shines a spotlight on those who may face barriers to social inclusion, including:
- Young people
- Older people
- People living with disabilities
- Members of the Traveller Community
- Migrants
Dublin is a city that continues to grow in diversity, energy and ambition. This festival is both a celebration and a call to action - an opportunity to reflect on how we can build a city that is not only welcoming and inclusive, but also dynamic, fair and full of opportunity for everyone who lives, works and spends time here.
