- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from Hatch Street Lower will be diverted to Earlsfort Terrace – Adelaide Road – Hatch Place – Hatch Lane.
