- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from St. Andrew’s Street will be diverted to College Green – Trinity Street– St Andrews Street – Wicklow Street.
