- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from Sir John Rogerson Quay will be diverted to Lime Street – Hanover Street East – Townsend Street – Creighton Street.
- Traffic arriving from Creighton Street will be diverted to Sir John Rogerson Quay – Windmill Lane.
- Traffic arriving from Sir John Rogerson Quay will be diverted to Crieghton Street – Windmill Lane.
