Summer Programme 2026: Manga & Comic Making Workshop

Join us in Cabra Library on Wednesday 19 August at 11am for this fun event with artist Amy Louise O'Callaghan!

Ideal for fans of both Japanese manga and comics, this workshop focuses on the basic skills to get started in drawing your own.

Attendees will learn about panelling, layout, sound effects and speech bubbles, as well as play storytelling games to help generate ideas. Participants will ideally finish the workshop with their own 2-page comic.

Suitable for children aged 8+.
