Non Compliance Breach

You can make a complaint against developments you feel are not complying with the conditions of the planning permissions granted in Dublin City. Example:
- Breaches of working hours
- Breaches of Noise control and air quality
- Non compliance with approved drawings
You must also indicate your willingness to substantiate this in court if so required.
