World Creativity and Innovation Day
Published on 21st April 2021
Did you know that today, Wednesday 21 April, is World Creativity and Innovation Day?
This day was established to honour the creative and innovative skills of people around the world. It encourages every individual to imagine what it would be like to live in a better world with different solutions and more co-operation. So how can one person make a difference?
The answer is by using creativity and innovation in every walk of life, occupation, and career. It can be something as simple as taking public transport to work instead of driving; by doing things differently you are exposing yourselves to new ideas and getting a different perspective on life.
Join a book club and meet new people; share opinions. The brain needs to interact with the world to expand its capabilities, take the opportunity to explore the world. Universal Class gives access to a course called Innovative Thinking.
This course will help you to change your mindset, transform your ideas, and begin to look at the world in a new way. In twelve lessons you are invited to examine and investigate; analyse; and synthesise characteristics of thought and action. Leaders will discover how to implement these skills into the workplace; to train employees, and assess the effectiveness of these changes.
The three types of innovation are: Sustainable Innovation; Breakout Innovation; and Disruptive Innovation.
Individuals explore personal issues that stand in the way of more creative and innovative thinking. This course will guide each person toward new ventures, exciting pathways and supply methods for development of your natural strengths.
After taking, Innovative Thinking, you will know how to lead others toward more success through different thought paths. Innovative thinking is essential to success in your personal life as well as your business. Get the skills, develop your confidence and become a more interesting person. You can take a certificate course with assignments, exams, and an online student discussion forum. Or just do the simple video-only format. It's your call.
