How to Get a Letter of Compliance

A letter of compliance is proof that you have paid development contributions.

You may need this document to meet the financial conditions of your planning permission. Send your request for a letter of compliance by email or post addressed to Financial Contributions/Taking In Charge.

You must include:

  • Your planning application number/register reference
  • The address of the property
  • Any condition number(s) which you require compliance with
