If you have an invoice number, you can pay online You can also pay by the following methods:

Bank Transfer 

Send your balance to Dublin City Council and quote your planning application number as a reference with every payment.

You can also visit your bank branch to make a credit transfer to Dublin City Council. 

Post 

Send a cheque or bank draft by post, addressed to Dublin City Council.
