Estate Management Strategy
Fostering safer neighbourhoods through proactive and responsive management of anti-social behaviour.
The Estate Management section in Dublin City Council addresses anti-social behaviour (ASB) through a multi-pronged approach which includes preventative measures, support for tenants and, in some cases, legal action.
Dublin City Council will investigate all complaints and take appropriate action where necessary. This may include warnings, mediation or, as a last resort, eviction.
Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour
If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour from a Dublin City Council tenant, tenant purchaser or a member of their household, you can contact your local Area Housing Office to make a complaint.
For immediate threats or intimidation, or if you are a victim of serious anti-social behaviour, you should contact An Garda Síochána at 999 or at your local station.
