Liberties Local Area Plan (LAP)
Dublin City Council by resolution has extended the Liberties' Local Area Plan published in 2009, for a further period of five years until May 2020.
The plan seeks to achieve the social, economic and physical regeneration of the area by providing a co-coordinated approach to the development of key sites and by exploiting opportunities for the provision of new community infrastructure, new open spaces and public realm improvements.
