- Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
- Local access will be facilitated, when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from Fishamble St will be diverted to Lord Edward St – Exchange St Upper - Essex gate
