Our litter prevention bye-laws regulate how certain activities must be managed to prevent litter in the city. These include bye-laws which regulate takeaways, licensed premises and other outlets serving food for consumption off premises.
These bye-laws also regulate the distribution of advertising material, which requires a permit.
