Litter Management Plan
Draft Litter Management Plan 2026-2028
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the requirements of the Litter Pollution Acts 1997-2009 that Dublin City Council has prepared a Draft Replacement Litter Management Plan for the City.
The Draft Replacement Plan will be available for inspection below. Copies of the plan can be downloaded below on from the website if required and are also available at the following locations: See links below:
- Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8
- All Public Libraries in the Dublin City Council area
- Dublin City Council Local Area Offices
- Waste Management Section, Ground Floor Eblana House 68-70 Marrowbone Lane Dublin 8 D08 E120
A copy of the plan may also be obtained free of charge from the above locations.
Submissions
Submissions in relation to the plan can be emailed to [email protected] before 5.00pm on Friday 1st May 2026

All submissions should be clearly marked “Draft Replacement Litter Management Plan 2026 - 2028” and must be received before 5.00pm on Friday 1st May 2026
All submissions will be considered by the City Council before the final adoption of the Replacement Litter Management Plan.
