A Casual Trading Licence is required to sell goods at some events. To apply for a Smithfield Horse Market trading license fill and submit the application form by email or post.
Bye-Laws
Dublin City Council created bye-laws to manage the running of the Smithfield Horse Fair, ensure the safety of all people and protect the welfare of animals.
These bye-laws came into effect on 15 February 2013. A copy of each is provided to any person applying for a license.
