Aonach Capall Mhargadh na Feirme

Is é cuspóir na bhfodhlíthe seo ná a chinntiú go ndéantar an tAonach Capall i Margadh na Feirme a reáchtáil agus a bhainistiú go hordúil, chomh maith le sábháilteacht gach duine a chinntiú atá ag freastal ar an aonach agus leas ainmhithe a chinntiú.

Horse Fair Control and Fee Bye-Laws

At its meeting on January 14th, 2013, Dublin City Council made:

  • the Smithfield Horse Fair Control Bye-Laws 2013
  • the Smithfield Horse Fair Casual Trading License Fee Bye-Laws 2013, made under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995 and Section 199 of the Local Government Act 2001

Both bye-laws came into effect on 15th February 2013. A copy of each will be given free of charge to any person applying.
