An online workshop as part of Healthy Ireland at Your Library programme.
This workshop will introduce participants to practice of mindfulness and self compassion. The workshop will give participants helpful tools and strategies to find more peace and calm in daily life and deal with stress and anxieties. The workshop will also focus on helping participants develop more kindness and compassion towards both themselves and others. Facilitated by Louise Shanagher, mindfulness teacher and author of the 'Mindfully Me' series of books.
