Development Contribution Scheme 2016 - 2020

If you are a developer, Section 48 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) enables local authorities to include conditions for the payment of a development contribution when granting you a planning permission.

The rates of contribution under the Development Contribution Scheme as made for the administrative area of Dublin City Council are as follows:
