Dublin City Libraries will be closed from Saturday 3 to Monday 5 May 2025 (inclusive). Our online services will continue as usual. We will reopen on Tuesday, 6 May.
Family events and activities take place in all libraries during the month of December to support the involvement of the whole family in children’s reading.
The section’s main aim is to go out into the community and let people know about all the amazing things available in their library, both in branch and online.
Congratulations to Senior Librarians Noreen Herlihy and Adrienne Gilmartin, also their respective teams, for all the great work. The Awards recognise inspiring adult, community, and further education initiatives across Ireland.
