Citizens Information CentresCitizens Information Centres (CICs) are hosted in Donaghmede and Raheny Libraries and provide free, impartial and confidential information. They provide integrated information across the full range of state services and entitlements as well as local services and supports.

Note: Dates/times may vary, please check with location in advance.

Donaghmede Library - Every Tuesday from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Raheny Library - Second Tuesday of every month at 11am – 1pm. (N.B. CIC will meet on Wednesday 10th April 11am-1pm.

Dublin City Libraries hosts a number of government and non-government organisations offering support and advice to members of the public. Those organisations include FLAC (Free Legal Advice Centres), CAVA (Chartered Accountants Voluntary Advice), and the CICs (Citizens Information Centres)
