Parking Enforcement Update

Dublin City Council is pleased to announce that the changeover to the new and upgraded backend IT Parking Permit System is now in place. Parking Permits and Visitors permits can be now processed and staff are currently working through the backlog of Parking Permit applications.

During a short period of transition to the new Parking Permit IT System, we were unable to issue new permits or renew existing permits and therefore Dublin City Council had instructed Dublin Street Parking Services not to clamp vehicles for non-display of permits in Residential areas only until 5th May.

Normal enforcement will resume in all areas of the city from Tuesday 6th May including all pay and display and permit parking areas.
