Dublin City Council’s Housing Delivery Action Plan 2022-2026

A New Housing Plan for Ireland is the government’s housing plan to 2030. It is a multi-annual, multi-billion euro plan which will improve our housing system and deliver more homes for people with different housing needs.

The initial stage of the plan runs from 2022-2026 and sets targets for local authorities in Social and Affordable/Cost Rental delivery. Local authorities have to identify how they will meet these targets in a Housing Delivery Action Plan (HDAP). Dublin City Council is pleased to publish its plan which is a key component of ‘Housing for All’.
