The members will consider the Draft City Development Plan 2022 – 2028 and the Chief Executive’s Report on submissions received at  a Special Council Meeting to be held in early July. The members will resolve at the Special Council Meeting to make or amend the Draft City Development Plan.  If any of the amendments are considered to be a Material Alteration to the draft plan they will be placed on public display for a four week period during which time further public submissions can be made.
