Litter Prevention Byelaws for Dublin city regulate how certain activities must be managed in the city to prevent litter.

These include byelaws which regulate takeaways, licensed premises and other outlets serving food for consumption off the premises.

The Byelaws also regulate the distribution of advertising material in the city which requires a permit.
