To apply for connection to the surface water network you must complete and return the Application for Connection to Surface Water Network form.

All applicants are advised that a connection to the surface water network will only be permitted when all the requirements of the Dublin city Council (outlined in the application form), including any conditions in a grant of planning permission, are fully complied with.
