Allocations
Dublin City Council provides social housing supports to make available affordable rented housing for people on low incomes. Social housing is provided by Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies.
You can apply for a home in the Dublin City Council area and if you meet the eligibility requirements you will be placed on the Housing Waiting List.
Please bear in mind that the demand for social housing is high and when you apply for housing you will be placed on a Waiting List.

Rents
Once you are a tenant of Dublin City Council you pay a weekly rent for your home. Click here to view your rent account balance.
