Dublin’s vision for the future features the use of high technologies and open data to contribute to solving new challenges arising, to create a network of innovative and successful businesses, and to make the capital a testbed for the latest economic and social trends. To achieve that, Dublin City Council, in conjunction with the other four Dublin Local Authorities, joined the Smart City project.
