Possible future works

The owner is considering a boiler and heating controls upgrade as the next energy upgrade. Although the existing boiler is only 10 years old and rated at 70% seasonal efficiency, its replacement with a 90% efficient condensing gas boiler would more likely yield significant energy savings and a greater payback.
