Environmental Assessments
An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report was completed for this proposed development. It concluded that an Appropriate Assessment is required and a Natura Impact Statement will be prepared.
An Environmental Impact Assessment Report will be prepared as the proposed development exceeds the prescribed thresholds under Section 50(1) of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended), triggering the requirement for a mandatory Environmental Impact Assessment.
